2nd dec: * K 5, k 2 tog, repeat from * across row. P 1 row.
3rd dec: * K 4, k 2 tog, repeat from * across row. P 1 row.
4th dec: * K 3, k 2 tog, repeat from * across row. P 1 row.
5th dec: * K 2, k 2 tog, repeat from * across row. Purl 2 sts together across the next row. Break yarn, leaving 14 inches. Thread a darning needle and draw thru the remaining sts. Draw tight and fasten on the wrong side. Sew up mitten.
LEFT MITTEN: Work the cuff the same way. When ready to start the thumb increases reverse the instructions.
