Cast on 90. Knit plain for 24 inches. Then knit 30, bind off 30, knit 30. Put first 30 on extra needle. Increase 1 on neck every 8 rows 5 times, then every 4 rows 14 times. Next row cast on 10 on front and work even to bottom. Pick up other shoulder and work in same way making buttonholes, as above, 5 stitches wide.
