O, p 2 tog., k 1, thread over twice (each of these 2 thread over's is used for 1 st). Inc. in the last st. 2nd row: K 2, p 1, k 2, O, p 2 tog., k 6, O, p 2 tog., k 1, p 2. 3rd row: Slip 1 st, k 2, O, p 2 tog., k 6, O, p 2 tog., k 5. 4th row: K 5, O, p 2 tog., k 6, O, p 2 tog., k 1, p 2. 5th row: Slip 1 st, k 2, O, p 2 tog.; k 2 tog. 3 times, O, p 2 tog., k 5. 6th row: Bind off 3 sts, k 1, O, p 2 tog., k 3 tog. very tightly, O, p 2 tog., k 1, p 2. Repeat from 1st row for desired length.
