Materials: 2 Skeins KENTUCKY ALL PURPOSE YARN—1 Pair Number 8—10" Needles.

Gauge: 5 sts = 1 inch; 5 rows = 1 inch.

MATERIAL:

4 skeins Fingering yarn 3 ply m.c. (1 oz. skein)

1 skein Fingering yarn 3 ply c.c. (1 oz. skein)

1 pair knitting needles No. 3

GAUGE: 7 sts. = 1 inch

PATTERN:

1st to 4th row incl.: * K 1, P 1 repeat from * all across row.

5th to 8th row incl.: * P 1, K 1 repeat from * all across row.

Repeat these 8 rows for pattern.

Materials:

Columbia Scotch Yarn, 4 ounce skeins. 3 skeins Dark Oxford, 8852.

Needles:

Columbia Celluloid or Boye Non-inflammable Needles, size 4.

Gauge:

6 sts = 1 inch. 12 rows = 1 inch.

Cast on 72 sts and work even in garter st for 60 inches, bind off.

Needles:

Columbia Celluloid or Boye Non-inflammable Needles, size 2.

Gauge:

7 sts = 1 inch.

Cast on 120 sts and work even in k 2, p 2 ribbing for 3 inches. Change to plain knitting (garter st) and work even for 6 inches. Change to k 2, p 2 ribbing and work even for 3 inches, bind off loosely. Make another piece in same manner and sew side seams.

GAUGE: 10 sts = 1 inch 29 rows = 4 inches

MATERIAL-2 hanks of Woolco Knitting Worsted. 1 pair No. 5 Woolco needles.

Cast on 60 stitches. Knit even until scarf is 1 ¾ yards long.

Finish with fringe 6 strands, 10 inches long, knotted in every 3d stitch.

MATERIAL-1 box of Woolco Shetland Floss. 1 pair No. 4 Woolco needles.

Using yarn double, cast on 75 stitches.

Knit plain until scarf is 1 ½ yards long.

FRINGE-Cut strands 16 inches long, knot 6 strands in every other stitch.
