        MATERIALS:
  CHADWICK'S RED HEART  KNITTING WORSTED, 2 skeins (2 oz. skeins) of White, 1 skein of Scarlet and 1  skein of Green for Socks, 1 skein each of Scarlet and Green for Hair Ornaments.
For the set, you will need 2 skeins of White and 1 skein each  of Scarlet and Green.
4 double-pointed steel needles No. 14.    
        MATERIALS:
    CHADWICK'S RED HEART  SWEATER WOOL, 3 balls (1 oz. balls) of Black or any solid color for sizes  8½ to 9½; 4 balls for sizes 10 to 11.
  Odds and ends of Chadwick's Red Heart Yarn (red, yellow and  green), for embroidery.
  ⅛ yard of red felt, 72 inches wide.    


MATERIALS REQUIRED—American Thread Company "Dawn" Pompadour Yarn.
2¾-oz.  Balls White.
  2¾-oz.  Balls Blue or Pink. 
  1  yd. Narrow Ribbon.
  3 Double pointed Steel Knitting Needles No. 13.
        What You Need:
BEEHIVE NON-SHRINK MOORLAND, 3 Ply (1 oz. skeins), or
BEEHIVE NON-SHRINK SOCK WOOL (1 oz. skeins).
2 skeins for each size.
Steel Crochet Hook Size G.
GAUGE: 4½ dc make 1 inch; 2½ rows make 1 inch.
        What You Need:
BEEHIVE SCOTCH FINGERING, 3 Ply (1 oz. skeins). 2 skeins.
Royal Society Knitting Pins, 1 pair No. 8.
GAUGE: 5½ sts make 1 inch: 10 rows make 1 inch.
Note: Because of elasticity of stitch this sock will fit sizes 8½ to 11.
